“The property was immaculate. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to multitudes of dining and shopping choices. Host was extremely friendly and welcoming. A great property in a great area of Chania. I would stay in same place if I journey back without hesitation. ”

“Lovely big space with a great terrace. Hot water is solar but has a heater if needed. Kitchen is quite well equipped although youre so close to so much good food, you won't need it. Washing machine is a total bonus. Parking isnt allowed directly outside but we had no problem parking in the next street after dropping off bags. Call the owner on arrival and you'll be inside 5 minutes later. We would absolutely stay again. ”

“很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。”

“The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. Great central location, closer……

“George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.”

“We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. ”

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. “Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments……

Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. ”
