「HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. Hot water had very low pressure, almost impossible to wash long hair. Noise of cars and motorbikes from the main road, which is right behind the fence. We are not...

「The bungalow is of modern design and very spacious. It was just my wife and I and we plenty of space. The bungalow is very clean with everything you might need,there is an area outside with table and chairs where you can sit and relax . The pool is quite small, but large enough for a dip to cool down when temperature gets high. The property manager is always available and happy to help with any problems you may encounter. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. 」

「I was in conversation yesterday when I arrived at the hotel and there was no recognition of my booking .The power was failing on the island so while I was chatting to the virtual assistant the conversation kept falling in and out then she was going to put me through to claim the money back but the conversation ended.I turned up and the hotel had no room for me it was totally full and the manager said he had no recognition of my booking and the hotel doesn’t deal with Vrbo.So it was getting late...

"渡假村很美，被海圍繞且很乾淨。渡假村內有免費交通車，可以抵達按摩的地方、餐廳。渡假村也有配合的交通船，可以抵達披披島市中心、或是瑪雅灣及其他浮潛行程。如果喜歡海的人，絕對會是令人難忘的回憶。"

"The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!"
