Rooms were clean & spacious. Good stay for family with kids stay. Friendly staffs. Buffet breakfast at Palm garden serves varieties & taste good too. Shuttle service to IOI Mall were provided but frequency was bad & always full. Overall our 2 nights family stay were enjoyable.

Male staff at reception has a bad attitude. Went to check in at the reception and he doesn't even acknowledge us when we stood in front of his counter. Gave him our passports and he just took our passports without saying anything and began typing on his computer for a long time. After receiving our keys, nobody offered to help with our luggages either. We have to carry our luggages up the first flight of stairs before there is a lift to the room. The reception continued to stare at his computer even though there was no other guests at the lobby. Apart from this, the rooms are ok. Parking onsite is free.

The resort is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. It's only a 10-minute walk to the largest mall in Malaysia, and they also offer a shuttle service to the mall. A huge thanks to the staff! They were incredible. Everyone was amazing, true Malaysian hospitality there.

My wife and I had a great stay, the room was spacious, the shuttle from the hotel to IOI is very convenient and run every hours, the breakfast selection is great. BTW, Thanks to FO team(include the ballman on that day) assisting me regarding our luggage and transportation inquiry, F&B team, Mr Zainol(Maintenance Mgr) for brief conversation about the hotel. We enjoy our stay and we definitely will come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palm Garden, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was given all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Putra Jaya!

Didn’t quite like the need to walk up stairs to reach the reception and the lift lobby. My knees injury hurt badly that few days. The plus point was that the staffs were super friendly and the room was great.
