Location,location and location. Very convenient to shopping centres and restaurants in every cuisine. Metro rail is linked to the complex and has easy access to the other shopping malls.

Central lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt

Vi havde tre overnatningen i KL omkring nytårsaften. Vi havde aftalt at mødes med ham der skulle give os nøglen og han var der som aftalt. Lejligheden er stor og har en fantastisk udsigt! God seng og rent. Rigtig god beliggenhed i KL centrum

Vi stannade i hotellet i 10 dagar. Hotellrummet var i relativt dåligt skick. Toaletten i synnerhet har varit mycket smutsigt och den kändes väldigt ofräscht. Man försökte dölja den dåliga lukten med stark och obehaglig kemisk kaka hängd i toaletten. Städningen utfördes varannan dag, ganska ok. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade ok, men behöver rengöras. Cigarettlukt trängde igenom från andra rum så att det kändes obehagligt. Det bästa med hotellet är läget. Det ligger i anslutning till en stor galleria. Sen är poolen och gymmet i acceptabelt skick. Inte för många människor samtidigt. Överlag ok hotell om man stannar i ett par dagar för relativt bra pris. Vi skulle inte välja detta hotell igen oavsett. Det finns bättre för samma pris insåg vi senare. Vi bedömer hotellet som 3/5 mest pga det centrala läget i KL.

Close to everything... but needs a reception desk

Located close to central KL, monorail station adjoins building, walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Service - is part of Berjaya Hotel complex, but the apartment wing has no reception desk. The manager contacted us before arrival to arrange a meeting place, and is happy to store bags after checkout. A large deposit (200RM) for the access card is required to be paid in cash on arrival - credit card would be better, as you get cash back when you are leaving, which is not always convenient Accommodation - very comfortable, recently refusbished. Room is spacious, with lounge and table/chairs for meals if you want to self cater... but there's no need as it is above a shopping mall with food court and supermarket. Kitchen is basic, but adequate for short stays (inclusion of a toaster and washing machine would be good - there's plenty of room for a washing machine... the room doesn't need 2 vanity areas) Wi-fi - included, strong signal Summary - recommended, but the ability to use hotel reception for communications would greatly improve it's attractiveness.

Very good location , easy to explore the City, shops, restaurants and transport just few meters away. Walking distance to Petrona Towers. Swimming pool handy after long day. Angeline was very helpful . Recommended, especially if you have limited time to explore the City.
