My only negative comment was my initial instructions said to meet at an alternate address for check-in procedure which was incorrect and inconvenient. This information is wrong. After arriving late on the first night there was nobody there to let us in, so it started off badly losing the first night of first day. They say that you have to contact them 24 hours before you arrive, If you’re late, however, our flights were delayed two hours, so there’s no way we could’ve known that 24 hours prior, the next day we arrived at the apartment and the apartment is beautiful. The pool is fabulous with an amazing gym. We extended one more night at this apartment, I’d highly recommend staying here, but you have to remember at this apartment, There’s absolutely no water no tea no coffee so you have to arrange all those on your arrival this is one thing they could improve on, just having a few bottles of water in the apartment, after all this is KL it’s a very hot climate. I will stay at this property on my return trip.

Love the location. Pool was nice. Appartement is large enough. Includes some kitchen basics like few plates and ustencils but i would have liked few more like coffea machine, toaster, a starter soap kit for dishwasher and washing machine. The 2 main negatives for us was a bad smell in the main bathroom, and the AC that stopped working almost every day and we had to call him each time (3 times).

Bad experience

They will ask via whatsapp for bank transfer of 300MYR before arriving there for check-in. Unacceptable! I had no wifi in the room and the worst of all was that I payed for a scenic view room and I was given a standard room i stead. Their reply was that they dont offer different prices by the type of view. NOT RECOMMENDED

Lejligheden ligger helt perfekt i centrum ved KLCC. Fantastiske faciliteter og kan især anbefale pool på taget. Nemme parkeringsforhold i bygningen. Rengøringen var mere end mangelfuld. Der var ikke støvet af meget længe. Jordslået vasketøj i vaskemaskinen, ikke skiftet sengetøj og skrald i skraldespand samt der lugtede af kloak. Lejligheden kunne være til topkarakter hvis det ikke var for rengøringen.

先ずは現地で知ったが、ホテルではなかったのでチェックインカウンターが無かった。 ガードマンに案内されて、メールボックスに行ったら、沢山の手紙に埋もれて鍵が置いてあった。その後着いたのが遅かったので、部屋に入って寝ようとしたが、金払え攻撃のメールが深夜の１時過ぎまで続いた。その後仕事だったので、仕事に出かけるとまた数えきれない数の電話で金払え攻撃。まるで借金取り。 景色は48階で綺麗だが、部屋は汚くて、トイレにはトイレットペーパーも無い。シャワーはお湯は出ないし、タオルは無茶苦茶汚い。 ベッドはダニなのか痒くて寝れない。 最終的には大家みたいなのが現れて、カード決済。２度と泊まりたくない最悪の宿。 個人が部屋を日単位で貸してる感じ⁈
