Disappointing stay pics nothing like the property. Patch work renovations in the room mouldy showers broken fixtures, dirty with few cockroaches running around. Cold shower lacking hot water. Beware the gym and pool are extra costs not included which I thought was misleading advertisement. Only positive was the central location.

Good location and courteous host. Advanced instructions would have been helpful to avoid uncertainties on day of check-in. However, once communication was established, the host was attentive in maintaining contact. Overall an excellent experience.

La comunicación es espantosa. Check in esperamos 30 minutos, pero para hacer el check out esperamos casi 1 hora! Y avisando con mucha antelación. El alojamiento parece mucho más bonito de lo que es realmente. Está muy deteriorado.

Bel appartement à 10’ à pied des tours Petronas. Check in compliqué (4 interlocuteurs Whatsapp différents, interlocuteur final peu aimable pour donner les clefs) Piscine et équipements au 6 eme étage non inclus dans la location (environ 4€ par personne). Prévoir une caution de 200RM. Pas d’eau potable. Lave linge et sèche linge

チームで対応してくださりとても丁寧でした。チェックインまでは初めてはとてもびっくりするかもしれないです。サイトの料金のほかにデポジット支払いがあります。鍵を受け取る際にパスポートの写真とデポジットが必要です。お部屋はとても広く快適でした。都市部なので、そとの騒音は多少あります。一階にあるセブンイレブンはとても便利でした。アーリーチェックアウトにも対応していただき、とても助かりました。

The place is located at the heart of KL, therefore there’s very convenient to go anywhere. The view was great! The place was clean and well maintainer. Though, the parking is not free, and that’s the only complaint i have.

Nice stay and beautiful view

Nice place to visit Kuala Lumpur. The checkin procedure is only via WhatsApp. need a smartphone and an internet connection. But the team is responsive. You should tell more clearly that the rental do NOT provide access to the pool nor the gym room.

Just try the impression of the suites at online a slightly different kind of description. The property itself is great, has nice window view and spacious but the nighttime biker traffic was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep. At first, we wanted to extend our stay, but after a restless night, we decided otherwise.

There was NO front desk. We had to text a chat group and a man came to bring us up. The corridor was a dismal beige only with peeling paint. Entering the room required a 12-number password, lift access required a separate lift card, one per apartment. We were in shock upon entering the apartment, it looked nothing like the pictures shown. Wallpaper was peeling off, stains on the floor, a layer of dust on the furniture, mold on the bathroom fittings and cobwebs on the curtains There were laminated "warnings/instructions" everywhere in the apartment but we felt mocked instead. Who would even "destroy" the place when it is already a disaster?? No amenities were provided as mentioned, we had to ask for it. Worse thing was there was no tissue paper! Is that not a basic providence? The night duty guy came knocking on the door with 3 rolls of toilet paper instead. The stay was made worse when the dryer door could not open and we called for help, only to be accused of breaking the door (I dunno how) and being told that we had to pay a RM200 fine. When the staff unjammed the dryer door, he said that actually "door is not broken, is machine old" - when asked for an apology of his earlier accusation, he said, it's just like that. Also, one of the rooms had no AC, and after we got upset, they rolled up an 80s portable AC unit which sounded louder than a lawnmower when turn on. Overall, it was a horrid stay. The only saving grace was that it was located in an excellent area. A pity.

. Die Unterkunft hat im Prinzip alles, was man braucht, und die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber ist jederzeit höflich und serviceorientiert. Dennoch entsprach die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen und ist im jetzigen Zustand als renovierungsbedürftig einzustufen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgenutzt und bedarf einer Grundreinigung und Erneuerung diverser Armaturen und Gegenstände. Wir hatten auch ein kleines Problem mit Kakerlaken, aber das war für uns kein großes Problem. Comfortable Family Weekend Staycation

The three of us (my sister, my teen son & I) overall found the stay to be pleasant, comfortable and it has homely feeling suitable for small family. Although some of the furnitures in bedrooms and living area looks a bit worn out but acceptable condition for 3 days 2 night stay. Beds are comfortable, bathroom shower water pressure okay but did not experience hot water temperature (not sure if it's faulty or we did not get the setting right). Kitchen well equipped, found it easy for easy cooking on induction stove, using microwave and the washer & dryer (it does not completely dry the laundry though, again maybe not using the correct best setting). Utensils for cooking & dining ware complete. Tv has netflix and prime. Airconds working well for living area and bedrooms. There is ironing space, with iron and ironing board. Lovely view of the city at night coming from level 30. Stable wifi. There is convenient store on level 6, same with pool and gym which we did not visit. Alternatively there is also 7 Eleven next to the lobby. A little drawback are: 2 seater sofa are small for unit cater 3-4 pax, adding a single sofa chair /2 seater sofa more ideal. Some plug points in the master bedroom not working. Tissue box / kitchen towel for kitchen / dining area would be good.
