Friendly service overall, and superb at the dining restaurant Galla where we had a lovely and unrushed dinner despite having to run into some car trouble and coming in late. The breakfast is very good too. Best place in town!

Wonderful warm, charming hotel with great service. Beautiful restaurant and cabinet for my dissertation dinner. So memorable!

Very kind and courteous staff, easy parking, clean and comfy room (even though the bathroom was very tiny, especially if you're from America), amazing breakfast, and a great location. Wish I stayed longer than one night. It was a quick stop in Kupio to go to Rovaniemi.

HyvÀ työmatkahotelli, valitettavan huono sÀnky

KÀvin työmatkalla. Hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta oli palvelualtista. Aulapalvelu auttoi ratkomaan pienen haasteen sisÀÀnkirjautumisessa ystÀvÀllisesti. Aamupala on kattava ja maukas ja saunaosasto oli miellyttÀvÀ vaikka sijainti kellarissa ei olekaan ideaali. Huone oli yksinkertaisesti varusteltu mutta siisti ja hyvÀssÀ kunnossa. Hotellirakennus on jokseenkin kolkko, varsinkin ulkoa. Iso miinus kokemuksessa oli valitettavan huono sÀnky, jonka kuoppa teki nukkumisesta epÀmukavaa.
