"大人数の方におすすめです。今回は家族旅行(妻の両親と我が家とで合計7名で利用しました。) 部屋数重視でWakurabaに決めました。十分な広さと施設で楽しめました♪ 大型スクリーンは自動で上下します。懐かしのKENWOODスピーカー🔈が吊るされていて音響もOkです。一階には畳の部屋もあり老人には優しかったです。何よりも眺めが最高ですね。その地域の最上段の場所にあるので相当登りました。途中の坂は要注意　車の前後のバンパーを擦りました。若干お掃除の部分で気になる所がありました。まちまちな日本的な雰囲気を残しつつインバウンド向けの雰囲気がありましたので、まあこの程度でもOKなのかなあと思います。事前のスタッフ方とのやりとりは丁寧に対応していただき安心して準備ができました。"

"Do you like to have sushi breakfast? Nigiri with locally acquired seafoods are fixed by a sushi chef and served immediately. There are also other delicious local dishes. The price of breakfast buffet is reasonable when you choose them."

"This was honestly a 10 out of 10 stay. Don't hesitate to book. What makes this place so special is the staff. They really go out of their way to help you! For example, the staff were able to reserve an authentic top level izakaya at the last minute. They also gave us free tram tickets to visit Iwase. The location is super convenient right by JR Toyama stn. Lastly, the room has 3 twin beds. A rarity in Japan. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time I visit Toyama."

"This place was really great. It’s not a full service spa but it has a nice onsen. And it has amazing Massage chairs. The breakfast was really stunning. A nice buffet. That’s true Japanese food and the rooms are really nice. They’re small but they’re mighty. Highly recommend."

"This is a great location for exploring Toyama and the alpine route. The hotel is right across from the station. The breakfast was amazing. My son is allergic to all nuts but almonds and he could eat there. Of course ask the staff first because the menu can change. They stored our luggage before check in. The room was clean and comfortable. Lastly the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Okino. I accidentally left a medication I needed in the refrigerator. She made sure I recieved it even calling the next hotel I was at and working with them, which was not easy. And arranged all the delivery details. Then sent me the kindest note with the medication wishing me to take care of myself. I have never had a more accommodating staff."
