"Everything is great, upholding to the regular Japanese hotels' cleanness and friendliness standard. Before 8:00pm free beer and soft drinks are offered outside the public baths, which is excellent."

"The room was very clean, the hot spring was very relaxing, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent."

"Great one night stay, I like the coin laundry on site. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that they offered a free meal."

"everything was fantastic!! great place, friendly staff very relaxing"

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"So far, the nicest property we've stayed in on this trip. Although the room itself was quite small everything else was wonderful. Beautiful spa onsite. Laundry facilities were available and affordable. Would highly recommend this property."

"The property and spa are fantastic!"

"Clean hotel for reasonable price. Just next to the railway station. Very nic staff."

"全般に満足いくものでした。フロントの対応はあまり丁寧ではありませんでした。"

"Good condition property, a bit dated but clean, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, breakfast is Japanese style but can cater for Vegans and Vegetarians. Very helpful restaurant staff...value for money hotel."

"Very good "

"Recommend eating dinner at the cafe. It is one of the best meals I've had at a lodging facility in Japan."

"Good place, would stay again."

"A little dated but great hotel"

"The staff were so helpful here. The place has character and the location is amazing close to the chairlift and can see the mountain from the room. The room has everything we needed and loved the onsen. Breakfast was typical Japanese style but as a buffet so could help yourself and you could ski straight into the warm room to leave our equipment. "

"Great oasis in the mountains with great service and food "

"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! Such a cool, eclectic hotel, right off of the slopes. Coolest staff, and absolutely loved the silk screening session with our newfound friends."

"Very friendly"
