「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「The only upside of our stay at this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. Due to the setup of this hotel, I would not recommend it. There is a large atrium on the second floor with lots of couches. Many people sat and talked loudly at 10pm in this area that was right outside our room, and the voices echoed loudly since it’s a large atrium. 「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...
