“This was a beautiful room, looked just like the pictures. Excellent water pressure and hot water was abundant. Breakfast was beyond excellent with them making our meals from scratch from a menu. Location was very convient as well. My entire family enjoyed this stay and would stay here again.”

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”

“Je suis resté deux nuits à l'hôtel. La première fut quelque peu difficile, alors que ma chambre au deuxième étage donnait directement sur la rue où circulent sans arrêt des véhicules. Ayant le sommeil léger, il m'était difficile de dormir avec le bruit même en ayant des bouchons dans les oreilles. J'ai demandé le lendemain s'il était possible de changer de chambre et on acquiesça par bonheur à ma demande. Celle-ci était située au cinquième étage plus vers l'arrière de l'édifice et c'était……

“We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.”

“The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. ”

“The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us. We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it. We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.”

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“Breakfast was included and it was homemade. The rooms were cleaned well everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms looked great. There is no refrigerator in the room. The view out of our window was a concrete was. I would stay here again. The location was good for walking to food and shopping. The artesano market was a 10 minute walk. The Plaza de Armas was a 15 minute walk.”
