The room was crisp and clean. Bathroom was supplied with basic toiletries and shampoo body wash dispenser. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and freshly made to order was available. A wide variety of room service orders was available and priced right and quick. Staff were quick to assist and gladly answered all of my questions of things to do and see.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. This, however, was the only positive of this hotel. The towels and sheets were stained, the sink tap was wobbly and almost broken, the bidet was leaking water all over the floor, there was no soap to wash hands with, and the shower felt dirty and gross. An altogether p

The hotel itself was decent and the room was clean enough, but unfortunately the view from the balcony was very disappointing. The balcony overlooked a sewer area, and we saw several large rats running around, which made it unpleasant to sit outside or enjoy the view. The location and basic facilities were okay, but the balcony experience definitely affected our overall stay.
