"Loved this traditional stay in Kyoto, the breakfast was great and the tub in the bathroom was so relaxing after a long day of walking. The only thing is if you don’t have a car rental it can be tricky planning your day based on the bus routes. The bus stop is only a minute walk away but if you miss a bus you may have to wait a while for the next one. Overall loved staying here!"

"We finished our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and made our stay feel so special. We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. I would also highly recommend the chef’s table; it was a memorable dining experience."

"Nice room, but not a good view and staff was not accommodating. Breakfast, laundry, and onsen usage were all for absorbently high additional costs, not reasonable at all. "
