本当に酷い。

急遽、連絡がきていた部屋がエアコンが壊れてしまったと連絡があり私も京都に向かう直前だった為、メールにもう一度入れておきます。暗証番号は変わりません。という言葉を信じ落ち着いたらメールを見てみようと思い家を出ました。新幹線に乗ってようやく落ち着いたのでメールを見てみるとメールがきておらず、部屋番号がうる覚えの為メールを入れても返信は無くとりあえず夜間つながる電話番号があると書かれていた為ホテルに向かう事にしました。ホテルに着くと2階なのは確実だと思い2階のポストの暗証番号を片っ端からやってみても開かず、試しに元の部屋のポストを開けられるかとやってみると見事開いたが中に部屋の鍵はなく、夜間の受付電話番号に何度もかけてもつながらず意味がない。 やっと繋がり聞いてみると結局、暗証番号も変わっているしまつ。気を取り直して部屋に行くとスリッパがないのは事前に連絡がきていたがテレビの置いてある部屋がフローリングのソファー無し。冷たいフローリングで座ってテレビを見る羽目に。翌日100均で断熱シートを買い敷くことに。床にはご飯粒の乾いたものが落ちていたりシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープは有ると書いてあったのに部屋が変わってバタバタしたのか置いてなくコンビニまで行き購入。行く前は値段が安いからどんな部屋でも驚かないかなと思っていたのにこんな状態だとかえって値段も高すぎると思いました。 もう使いません。
