The front desk team were exceptional! Friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable! Location was also convenient for busses and grocery. Niko castle is a ten minute walk away and the Kyoto station was only a $16 can ride

Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The room itself was nice and overall clean...there were some areas of dust (by the windows) but nothing that was too evident. Convenient with the washer/dryer combo, mircowave and fridge. Was comfortable for our party of 5. It was about a 15 minute walk to train station for us..but it was relatively easy to walk. I would stay it centrally located on a quiet street.

Great family hotel

This was a nice, warm place to stay for our journey. The space itself was clean, efficient and comfortable and the people at reception were wonderful. The bathroom was particularly spacious and comfy. My son loved the free game rentals. The location is a bit out of the way for downtown but any easy walk to stores and restaurants.

Lovely room with small but equipped kitchen area clean and quite. Staff really helpful and polite. For us the area was great, close to Nishiki market and good public transport for getting around just a short walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around for all budgets.
