1. The bar on the top floor is said to be open in response to the weather, but it doesn't rain and it doesn't open (see if other restaurants nearby are open on the top floor) 2. There is a spider in the slippers in the room. 3. The room type looks like it is for inconvenient...

「This hotel is right outside the train station, takes only 2 minutes to get there! Taking buses is also a convenient option. There’s a convenient store and a Starbucks right around the corner, and it’s located right beside a park. The room is clean and spacious, and got Onsen! But the Onsen didn’t provide body lotion and water, so better remember to bring those if you think you’re going to use the Onsen.」

「It’s as good as a quiet dormitory for me, I Like its aircon that make little noise, and good size bath tub as well. My room assignment finally sees improvement in this third stay of 10 nights. For improvement: 1. House keeping and amenity replacement only every 3 days is unlikable. 2. Stuff’s English speaking ability is a problem, I was to find my reply from a translation divice. 3. No bellman service nor help with luggages in and out of front door and hallway to street renders a poor...

「Location is great exactly above Kyoto station. Staff very friendly and room facilities are perfect. Definite will come back again thanks」

「It was my third time to stayed here but first time to reserve the South Roof Double. It was very surprised that someone opened the room door at first day. The curtain was very light filtering and easy to wake up in the early morning. The toilet door latch is loosen and already reported. The balcony setting is really good. Hotel staff were extremely fabulous and helpful for my almost lost courier.」

「This hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to many amenities, temples, and other tourist attractions. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was modern, well-designed, efficient, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday while we were there, and the staff gifted me with beautiful sake cups, which was so very thoughtful and unexpected. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!」
