「My sister and I stayed at the house for a week, this was our first trip to San Diego. The house was BEAUTIFUL! It was well stocked, had a lovely and very private backyard, and plenty of space to relax. The beds were so comfortable and the home was so cozy. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to experience, Coronado Island, Old Town, Little Italy, La Jolla, and Balboa Park to name a few. Lael could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We will definitely stay at his place...

「Great host and a comfortable stay. I was a business trip and needed a bed for 2 nights. I fit the bill perfect The host was intelligent, welcomig, and provided exactly what was needed I would recommend this place.」

「Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. We will definitely stay here again!!!」

「The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again!」

「House was just what we needed and in a great location, just as advertised. Close to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Owners were communicative and responsive. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, there was significant road noise, which was sometimes distracting. And although we adhered to quiet hours, the neighbor on one side seemed to be doing some work, so we heard music and power tools through the walls around 8 am several days. 「So close to the beach and such a nice stay! Definitely wasn’t 100% clean on arrival (lots of sand) and the light fixtures looked like they need a deep clean. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable but the bed was good! Adjoins to a downstairs and two nights had some very noisy neighbors since there’s not much of a sound barrier. For the most part, the stay was awesome and we had such a good time! Check in and out was easy! Loved how close to the beach we were and Evolve was great to work...
