This fully renovated mid-century home in La Mesa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. A unique aspect of the layout is that none of the bedrooms share walls, offering added privacy throughout your stay. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, ceiling fan, and an additional electric fan for extra comfort. The second bedroom also has a king bed and fan, while the third bedroom is furnished with both a full and twin bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. Each room is designed to be a relaxing retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

The home includes two full bathrooms, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The master ensuite features clawfoot tub, separate standing shower. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The second bathroom offers a modern standing shower, providing guests with a refreshing and comfortable space to unwind.

✦Please note there are a few steps leading up to the front door, as well as a couple of steps inside the home.

✦The washer and dryer are located in an exterior shed attached to the main house and can be accessed only from the backyard.

✦The garage in the backyard is not accessible to guests.

✖ Pet Policy (No Pets Allowed)

• No pets are permitted at this property
• Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals
• This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings
• Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property

• The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.

• Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified
