「The cleanliness and safety of the area (including parking area, elevators and surrounding area) did not justify the price we paid for the room. For the price you would expect, at the least, clean sheets, a well lit parking lot with sufficient parking, and a somewhat updated bathroom/shower. 「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」
