"Everything as expected. Across the road from the station but we didnt hear the trains. Excellent as we were interailing with backpacks. We could hear the road but hey ho. Balcony was a bonus. Sat and ate a cassoulet we cooked up. Ate breakfast out there every morning. Air conditioning excellent. Could walk from accommodation to restaurants. The 5 flights of stairs were a work out but we new about that. All in all well equipped apartment. "

"Nice spacious appartement located in a authentic village in the mountains surrounding la Spezia. It has everything necesarry but not a washing machine, but we were allowed to use the one from the owner who also has a shop located directly under te appartment.Although it takes arround 20 hairpin corners irs only 10 minutes to La Spezia. The beach is farther away."

"Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber und gibt einem viele Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist neu, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber das war für uns kein Problem- um die Ecke ist beispielsweise auch eine Bushaltestelle. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist sogar videoüberwacht. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Pizzeria um die Ecke."
