Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. "Great place to stay, so close to the station and main area/ marina. Lots of restaurants close by. Very safe and secure. Rooms kept very clean. Only thing to be aware of it’s about 7/8 min uphill, but most hotels in the area are the same. Would stay again here. Enrique was very informative of things to do/ cheap transport passes etc."
"Great place to stay in Riomaggiore. We loved the fact that it was in the main street which allowed us to enjoy our balcony view. We felt welcomed since the start. She provided us with so many attractions we could do and recommendations that we appreciated. The hotel is located near by the train station which makes it easy to navigate from one to another town. We would say overall this hotel was a great pick since we didn’t have anything to complain about but just love everything about it. Would totally stay here again and will recommend to my loved ones. The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. "
"The balcony was amazing. We actually loved the rustic vibe, though I imagine others who don't do their research would be put off by the space. On our check-in day at our check in time, the maid was still there cleaning, but we just went for lunch and when we came back an hour after check in, she was gone. The building is old so it can be a bit dusty. The location and the balcony made up for anything slightly inconvenient and we would definitely stay here again!"
