"Lovely location and very private however the service for a 5 star hotel was very poor ( with the odd exception) and the food pretty average except for the Italian "

"The house itself is wonderful and clean, and Cleo took good care of us. Communication with the concierge was a bit slow at times and confusing as to whether to use WhatsApp or email. Once reached, management was helpful. We needed to check in early but could not and when we arrived at the check in time the house was not completely ready. When checking out we felt we were being slightly rushed out even though it was 2 hours before check out time. Not Cleo’s fault but perhaps check-in/check-out times might need to be adjusted to allow time for staff to do thorough cleaning.it would be nice to have some toiletries available like shampoo and cream rinse."

"Clean room, some wear and tear. Very basic kitchen appliances only and no extras like cooking oil, sugar, or any spices. No paper towels. However the little market offered these things and there was a nearby grocery store. The dinners were excellent. Very close to the road but on the ocean side you only hear the waves. The room on the sie facing the room can be loud with road noise. Beach is nice and right there. Sandals resort is next door. Overall pleasant stay and it served its purpose for what we needed, which was two bedrooms and2 bathrooms and a nice space right on the beach "

"We had a wonderful stay at your amazing villa. It had everything we needed and more - we loved using the air fryer ! And watching the sun go down from the kitchen as we cooked was a bonus. The pool was lovely and the views from the decking are stunning. We went snorkelling at the beach which is a very close walk to the house . We enjoyed relaxing in this quiet villa and seeing all the hummingbirds coming into the garden.The recommendations of places to visit from the host and property manager were really helpful and we loved horse riding at sunset. Rodney Bay was a short drive away and we would recommend Spinnakers for breakfast. We had a fantastic time and are planning our next trip to return and stay at the villa."

"This location is superb! The flowers, beach and pool. The staff are professional and kind. The food is very good and changes every day. We stayed on site the entire time. It made us very content and happily relaxed."
