"Staff were really friendly and helpful - overall a nice hotel. Breakfast was mostly continental - with only selected hot items (scrambled eggs, some chicken “nuggets” and baked beans - quite a weird combo). One critique - the bed in room 423 was terrible - it felt like a fold-out bed."

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child.
The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced. "

"Clean and practical. Really only negative feedback is that the hotel lacks character - totally monochrome and the doors are tricky to open - very difficult to grip when your hands are cold. There's a construction site next door, however no noise whatsoever and room was neat and I liked the kitchenette, handy to have plates, glasses, cups, kettle and a coffee machine. Everything you need!"
