"Overall, the stay was good, but the hospitality could be improved. After the first night, it was difficult to get extra sheets and towels, and our room was not cleaned during the stay.The day before we left housekeeping stepped up. But overall everything else was good close to all the bars and good food."

"The Front desk was amazing and very attentive. They welcome us as we arrived and provided us great service. I felt recognized because when we were come and go throughout our visit, they remembered us, which I thought would be hard to do and even inquired later when I couldn’t find my credit card, later they asked, did I find it. Which I did, it was in my purse. Breakfast was delicious and they offered different items on different days, so kept it interesting, and they continue to refill items says they begin to get low, so we never had to wait. And the staff kept the tables clean and made direct eye contact when saying good morning. Very pleasant experience. Thank you"

"Hotel is located in a very bad spot with no easy access. Very noisy at night as the property is backed up to a row of clubs. Staff? What staff? Barely a desk clerk to check in. I do not recommended this property at all"

"Very Messy rooms. Did not feel clean. Fire alarms went off plus flooding. The rooms are super dark with no light basically a fire hazard if you trip. Room looked very cheap considering this was not a cheap hotel. "

"I live here in Austin and just wanted a night away from home, rooms were available. Front desk staff very friendly and helping. My room was clean and cozy and enough space for me, as I was a solo guest. Breakfast was great, and had many options. Great location with street parking if you don't want to pay! Overall had a great experience!"
