"What a wonderful place to stay!! Gracious staff, the best hotel breakfast we have ever had and lovely accommodations. Walking distance to everything as it is right downtown. We had a balcony with a lovely water view. The room was spotless and the bed super comfortable. And the staff even went out of their way to make our 30th anniversary extra special when I mentioned it in passing. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"This was my second time staying at Nine Dots, and it was just as wonderful as the first! I booked a standard room for a shorter stay, and the room met my needs. What keeps me coming back is the incredibly friendly staff — they truly make you feel at home. I arranged an airport pickup, and Hugo greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. When I arrived at the hotel, all the staff welcomed me with open arms, as if I had returned home again. A special shout-out to Gonçalo and João for their kindness and hospitality! "Staff at checking was very helpful and nice. All was good, hotel is old, but nice, especially the common areas. The rooftop pool is fun to try. Breakfast was a bit off - we went down at 9am and several options finished, you needed to request for refill which is awkward. Enjoyed the stay overall (spent only 1 night). "

She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up. She just went the extra mile. Neat hotels this young lady needs to be in management!!!"
