CASA VERAO is a modern pool villa located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Sesmarias.
On the first floor are the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, a guest toilet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room with dining area, air conditioning and pellet stove has direct access to the large, partially covered terrace. It has lounge furniture, another dining table and chairs for 6 people. A few steps down is the pool area with outdoor shower and sun loungers. The modern kitchen, which also has access to the terrace, is equipped with all the important appliances.
Both bedrooms on the first floor have an en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
The bedroom on the upper floor has air conditioning, a bathroom en suite and access to a spacious terrace with sea views and lounge furniture.
There is a parking space with a sun awning on the property.
A small beach is about 1 km away (footpath), to the center of Carvoeiro and to larger beaches you need 5 minutes by car.
Several restaurants and a supermarket are within 10 minutes walking distance. There is a footpath diagonally opposite the house which takes you to the cliff path (east to Carvoeiro and on to Armacao de Pera and west to Ferragudo).

SURROUNDINGS
In the immediate vicinity of Carvoeiro there are golf courses, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine, riding schools, tennis centers and plenty of water sports facilities.
The bathing season lasts almost all year round.
Large shopping centers and supermarkets such as Intermarché, Aldi or Lidl can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve. These include coastal walks, fantastic beaches, the Monchique Mountains with their 900 meters of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (travel time approx. 2.5 hours) or an eventful day trip to the Spanish city of Seville (travel time approx. 2 hours).
In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evenings.
