Great location

We stayed here with my sister and her husband. Huge apartment comfortable beds and everything we could have wanted. Great location just outside the old town 5 min walk. The views were fantastic., On a bit of a busy street

Great location, large comfortable 2 bedroom. The mid week towel change and weekly bed linen change is a valued service. Only negative - the building does not have barbecues.

Lovely Condo

Spacious condo that is well equipped with beautiful views. Condo is within walking distance to historic downtown. Beaches are across the street with wonderful clay and sandstone rock formations and cliffs. Hoping to return soon.

Two weeks with the best view!

The apartment is great with an amazing view over the saling habour and the beach. So close to the cosy Batata beach and to the town so the location is super great. The only back draw is the noise from heavy trafic when sitting on the balcony. We had a very nasty smell from the main bathroom that came and went during our two weeks. Perhaps there is something that could be fixed easily for next time.

Lagos Prime Location

The location of this apartment is amazing! It is right across the street from a beautiful beach and a two minute walk to the center of town. I also has a nice little balcony that overlooks the beach and entire bay. The apartment itself has great air conditioning, a nice sized kitchen which is stocked with every utensil and appliance you could ever need as well as a big dining table and living room with two small couches. One thing we found lacking, and a bit petty is they do not supply beach towels even though they are located 100 feet from a beach. Destination Algarve will rent you beach towels however for 5euros each for the week. We also had an issue with a bad sewer like smell inside the apartment. It would come and go, but was definitely unpleasant at times. Andre our host was very nice and brought us some air fresheners to try to help. He did admit that there was some sort of issue “happening lately” and was hoping it would get resolved soon. All and all the place was great and we loved our stay in Lagos, we would definitely stay there again, but would inquire if the plumbing/sewer smell issue was resolved first.

Fabulous Apartment in the Heart of Lagos

We enjoyed a three month stay in the Beachside Modern apartment during the winter. This was our second, long-term stay in Lagos and thanks to the central location of the apartment, the views and the amenities within, it was a wonderfully, memorable stay. With regards to the apartment itself, it is as the pictures and description indicate - very clean, bright, and the views out to the ocean are amazing. The kitchen was well equipped for a long-term stay, lots of storage, open plan with a wonderful ocean view. This unit has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, the latter of which had very comfortable beds and sliding doors that went out to a small balcony overlooking the water. While there is a relatively busy street between the apartment and the beach, the sound is almost non-existent with the windows closed. With them open, there is traffic noise during the day, but at night it's pretty minimal so it didn't disturb our sleep. The balcony outside the livingroom was a treat and was great to chill on when the weather got a bit warmer. Lastly, it was a real pleasure working with Destination Algarve throughout our stay. The team were happily ready to answer any of our queries, provided great local recommendations and overall, ensured that our visit was as enjoyable as possible.
