Apt. Palmeira is superbly located in the hugely popular resort of St. James, which is literally just 4 minutes’ walk to the centre of Praia da Luz, 450 metres away. A small but bustling seaside town alive with restaurants, bistros, coffee shops, bars and no less than 2 large supermarkets selling both national and international products, ensuring you won’t miss anything.

The glorious large sandy beach offers safe bathing and all types of water sports from May to October, with low tide rock pools to the west and the famous black rock headland to the east separate’s Luz from Lagos which is just 10 minutes by car.

Apart. Palmeira is on the ground floor, just steps from the 2 pools. A spacious 2 bedroomed apartment, air conditioned through out.

The modern kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully fitted with marble worktops, electric cooker, ceramic hob, dish washer, washing machine, free standing fridge freezer, microwave, toaster
kettle. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the lounge.

The lounge / dining room has access via patio doors, to a large balcony. There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room allowing for 2 children or 1 adult so the apartment can accommodate a total of 5 people.

The 1st twin room has patio doors out to a half moon balcony with furniture for you to sit and enjoy the pool views.The 2nd twin room has patio doors out onto the a large balcony it shares with the lounge.

There are 2 bathrooms, the main family bathroom (blue) has a bath/shower, and the 2nd bathroom (yellow) has a shower cubicle.

There are two large pools available for use exclusively for the owners and guests, a pool pass code will be provided prior to arrival. One pool is for adults and the equally large children's pool runs alongside it. Both having ample terrace space for sun bathing, and landscaped gardens, around plus toilets and a children's play area with a range of adventure equipment.

During the summer months of 15 June to 15 September a pool supervisor is on duty.
