What a beautiful house in a prime location on the Algarve coast. The house has breathtaking views and is a short walk from Luz. Everything was as described or better, and our large family of 9 was easily accommodated.

The villa was located in an excellent location overlooking the sea and close enough to the main beach and facilities to be able to walk rather than use the car. The infinity pool was well maintained and the covered shaded patio area close to the villa provided shelter from the offshore winds We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family group and look forward to a further holiday at that location in the coming years

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Da Luz! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained the property was. Fabulous villa for a relaxing getaway

We were 3 families of 4 and there was plenty space for all of us. The kids as well as adults had fun with the games room and all the space. We all loved that each room had its own ensuite bathroom and the privacy shutters gave us such a restful sleep. It’s in a very quiet and safe area and easy to walk to the main town with all the restaurants and the beach. The property manager kept in touch at all times whenever we had questions and was very prompt to help us with anything we needed. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone staying in the Algarve area!

Other than the absolute beauty of the property, villa and view, the management was impeccable. From the beginning conversations with Joana to speaking with the property manager Christina. The house was extremely clean and prime location. Luz is one of the most beautiful places we have been in Portugal thus far and we can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Casa da Luz was perfect! Everything was so clean and when we got there it exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do the views or villa justice, it’s just breathtaking. Perfect location, it was quiet and away from the busier areas but just a short walk into the town of Praia da Luz and a short car ride into Lagos. The game room was a big hit with our family at the end of every night and we were happy we booked a place that had one. All of the staff were delightful and so kind to work with. Would 100% stay here again!

Fabulous location!

Our family of 14 spent two weeks at Casa de Luz. Amazing location with just a short walk to the town of Luz with many restaurants and a grocery store. The view was outstanding. We found the daily housekeeping service was a great bonus with so many of us. We came in May and found the pool to be very cold. It was so cold I couldnt even sit with my feet in the pool. The kitchen was hard to cook in for so many people and we wished there was a beverage fridge as well as the main fridge. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and our family had a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous views and plenty of room

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is so lovely. We spent most of our time outside on the patio overlooking the ocean. The cleaning people accidentally turned off the hot water but it was dealt with. Other reviewers are correct about the downstairs bedrooms they are dark and it is damp downstairs. The only issue really was the lack of towels. There wasn’t enough so we we continually doing laundry. The top four bedrooms are magical all en suite baths with breathtaking views. Pool was very very cold most of us could not swim in it. It really should be heated. Overall we had a wonderful time. The ability to walk into the adorable village was a delight.

House was great for large group of families traveling with small children and grandparents. There are some stairs so mobility is required. The pool a yard was a perfect escape for the kids to play in the afternoon and the town is a short walk away with a beautiful beach to play at.
