Absolutely fabulous villa in perfect location for all Luz Bay has to offer. The villa is very modern but super cosy during a bit of bad weather we had. Kitchen had everything you could want, beds comfy and pool heated perfectly. Can’t recommend highly enough we will be back .

Great place. Family of 5. Plenty of space. Great location. We really enjoyed Luz. Nice beach. Many restaurants are walkable. Heated pool. Would definitely stay again. Beach is right around corner. Free parking space on property.

Great beach stay

We had a great time in a fantastic house just a 30 second walk to the beach. The house, pool, and outdoor kitchen were great. Rita was an amazing property manager and super responsive.

Magical house on the beach

We had a wonderful time at the house. The rooms are generous, the bed comfortable, the bathrooms very nice and the pool area simple magical. The house is around the corner from the beach.

On the whole we had a very positive experience. Beds lovely and comfortable. Plenty of space. Nice pool. There are few things that prevent me from giving it a perfect 5 stars though and it’s more about managing expectations rather than putting people off from booking. The first is that some of the decking is showing its age. Also some of furniture (especially in the bedrooms) is quite basic and some things like the table cushions needed washing or replacing. There weren’t enough matching wine glasses (for 4 of us) so we ended up either with odd sizes and shapes or drinking from tumblers. A little bit of investment would make all the difference. Some of the reviews have commented on the over complicated electrics and we could see what was meant. It was probably cutting edge when it was installed but now was a bit dated with things like Google and Alexa rather than having to fathom put the various switches and what controlled what! Didn’t worry us too much though. One of the things I would like to commend was the responsiveness of Rita before and during the holiday. Communication was great and when we had a minor problem with the dishwasher this was sorted out promptly. I would stay here again but probably falls a bit short of “luxurious” but “comfortable”.

Had a great stay, the hosts were extremely quick in resolving any minor issues and very kindly recommended restaurants and sightseeing ideas, are biggest complaints however was we found the beds quite uncomfortable with metal framed beds letting the comfort side down and the decking area around the pool in our opinion needs replacing, both the children cut their toes and one got a splinter, not ideal for young children, all in all it it a lovely villa very close to all amenities just needs a couple of tweaks/updating

Great property!

We just returned from our week long stay, and what a great property! The location is literally steps from the best beach (and the best area of the beach) in Luz. It is also very close walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi are absolutely amazing. (I noted a few reviews complaining about the size of the pool. It is not a lap pool, but the pool is perfect for spending time in and cooling off.) The kitchen is very well appointed with everything that you could need for cooking. The house is has some technology that we found easy to use (despite some commentary to the contrary in other reviews), and Rita, the house manager, is available at any time to answer any questions. The few issues or questions that arose were handled INSTANTLY. She also provided us with great recommendations for where to eat and what to do. We would definitely stay here again.

key bullet points. Great location. beach is super near and brilliant. short walk to bars and places to eat all very good. great villa and outside space. picture of pool on the site makes it look way bigger than it is and if your looking to swim lengths you will be disappointed but great for the kids. Rita is great and very helpful. Down sides for us. outside decking is not very child friendly and needs to be updated / replaced. lots of uneven surfaces and could not let children walk on it alone in places without risk of an upset. Do not understand why there is no furniture on the balcony roof as its such a great space and there is not enough to carry some upstairs and its too hot ! House is very high Tech but little in way of instruction and found this frustrating at times and yearned for a switch ! left no cleaning equipment so we had to buy everything which is disappointing for a week as we used very little ! so we could clean as we go including washing up liquid { think we had 2 dishwasher tablets } . for the price we paid would have expected some and it helps keep it clean !
