“Our room was amazing; very large and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning is probably the best breakfast I have ever seen served in a hotel; plenty of hot items and items for health conscious people. The lobby bathrooms were extremely classy and very clean. The staff was INCREDIBLE!!!! Jeff, the General Manager was very attentive and has a great personality. A winter storm was going on and the hotel was FULL. Jeff was there when I left for work at 5 am smiling and was there by the……

“The outside of the hotel looked amazing and the minute you walk in your instantly greeted! The entire staff were welcoming and friendly, especially with it being our first time in Tennessee and to experience snow ( in the winter ice storm that was headed there way) . They assured us that we would have been fine and they had generators so we wouldn’t be without power.
