“This property is Amazing, so peaceful”

“Views from the room, amazing! Cast a reel within feet of your back door. Launch your boat on property for free. My room #4, was cute and very tidy. The grounds were well maintained. Communication was clear and quick to respond. The ice machine was convenient and there was a washer and dryer available as well. We were super happy. Only 1 drawback, the beds were "just ok" as far as comfort goes. Not horrible by any means, just not great. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I would definitely……

“Everything was perfect for us. The owner communicated well and personally, both in advance of our visit and during our stay. The condo itself was immaculate, and very clean. The back patio onto the lake was just lovely. The condo is very well equipped - the kitchen had everything you could ever need, there was a great selection of snacks, and great local info brochures. They even had eclipse glasses and posters for us. It all felt very welcoming and comfortable; perhaps our best VRBO ever!”

“The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the lake. There was a Murphy bed and foldout sofa. The Murphy bed was adequate but fairly hard. We weee there for the Arkansas Derby so the town was very full and neighbors were very noisy. I still would stay here again.”

“The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking I could iron once in the hotel . No iron or ironing board inside the room. The tv was like a puzzle and had to buy shows to watch. No iron or ironing board. No closet for your clothes and cabinet space……

“Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.”

“This was a very last minute stay! Booking and checking in was easy! Check out a few pics of the storms and the morning after, awesome! The view is dreamy!”

“Very clean indoors! Beautiful view, lots of space for outdoor lounging, and visiting with geese, ducks & turtles in backyard and waters edge. Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need if you want to cook in, but close enough to shops if you want to eat out. Couple small hiccups but we let host know about them, general maintenance things that may get missed if using a cleaning service. Would definitely stay again, neighbors were friendly as well. ”
