“Perfect location, lovely spa and a very relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily return!”

“What a great hotel. Our stay was perfect will definitely go back. Great location too highly recommend”

“The equipment would be required to improve. No hair conditioner in the washroom”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The……

“Love this place!”

“Fantastically situated hotel in the heart of the old town. Views over the lake are wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming, we were looked after extremely well. We loved our breakfast each morning which was always freshly prepared. Morning pastries were a particular treat. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely, private view over the lake. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.”

“Personale molto gentile. Troppo old fashion.

Waren sehr zufrieden.”

“Nice and clean. Parking a distance away from the hotel.... ”

“We stayed in an apartment around 3 minutes walk away from the hotel. We’d not appreciated this when we had booked. The apartment was above a very busy street, so we were not able to open the windows at night due to lots of noise which continued into the early hours. Fortunately, there was air conditioning, although we’d have preferred fresh air.! The bathroom fan was annoying as it was very noisy. Our son slept on the sofa bed, which he didn’t find particularly comfortable. My pillow was very……
