「房間沒有熱水壺，要熱水的時候很不方便，應每層樓增設熱水飲水機，晚上吃泡麵會很方便，吃義大利食物吃到笫五天會很膩……」

「Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100% 」

「We loved the location and the view of the lake from the upper rooms was lovely. The food was amazing. However, initially we didn’t get the room we’d booked, we were put on the first floor in a lovely room but the lake was heavily obscured by overgrown trees, this was finally remedied with a move to the fifth floor but not before turning another room down and suffering lots of stress having to prove I’d booked a balcony with a view of the lake and we weren’t settled into our acceptable room until...

「Sehr schickes, stilvolles und gemütliches Hotel. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Service und tolles Frühstück. Der Wellness Bereich ist ebenfalls klasse. Das Mobiliar der Zimmer könnte man in den kommenden Jahren aktualisieren, es war aber alles gepflegt und sauber. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder buchen.」

「The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm.」
