"Our hosts were superb on every level. The units were clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We arrived early Christmas morning so most restaurants were closed. But we were greeted by Carla, our hostess, with the loveliest Christmas dinner. She and her husband went above and beyond. They helped us with a car rental, tips on what to do doing our stay and even provided us with assistance on how to get around Nassau. We had an excellent holiday. You will not be disappointed booking this accommodation. The hosts exemplify Bahaman hospitality at its finest. Thank you for making our Christmas memorable! "

"Great water park included, beautiful jazz club, newly renovated room in the west tower, great maid service for our room, nice beaches and vibe. But overall service at the resort is perfunctory at best and in no way indicative of the five star room rates, but I think that’s also just a Bahamas thing. On site restaurants are hard to book, so plan ahead. Food was hit or miss. Leola and Marcus were great. Sugar Factory and Regatta Buffett were very mediocre but just as expensive."

"Rooms was spacious and had everything we needed staff was exceptionally courteous and looked out for us. Their recommendations were spot on. Enjoyed this better than the high end / high cost experience of the big hotels. Chill vacation without the over the top flash! The beach, Bon Vivant, and Blue Sail restaurant were favorites. "

"Family vacation for 7 of us. Plenty of room to give us space. The beachfront access was perfect, didn’t have to fight the crowds from the cruise ships. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and had a washer dyer. We’ll be back. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had."

"We loved this property. It's right across the street from the beach. We would spend our days at the beach and then have a cozy place to come back to and get cleaned up. We would definitely stay here again."

"The unit certainly did not disappoint, it was even better than it appeared online.More kitchen supplies would have been nice, but we bought what we needed and left at the property, some examples are: wine cork, dish towels, sponge etc. Coffee on deck was an added touch.Over all, it was a very nice stay, two thumbs up."

"I absolutely loved my cottage but had I read the fine print I would never have booked it. The listing evidently stated that the wonderful pool was NOT for the use of those renting other than the big, main house. To my great good fortune, there was absolutely no one staying there but me- and that may be because the property is obviously undergoing some…um…improvements. Wood slabs, tools, tons of leaves and a bit of debris throughout the grounds. My own cottage on the inside was perfectly pristine: nicely decorated, nicely appointed and comfortable- but, my goodness! It was completely surrounded by dead foliage! I travel solo and my only filters are: pool, kitchen, view and privacy. I had that in spades- I just wasn’t supposed to have access to the pool which looks out over the water, separated by a narrow street. But I spent almost all day long in it, so I guess I get a big negative check for not following the rules.Except for the unkempt aspect of it, it was the best stay I’ve had out of the last 5 times I’ve been to Nassau. And if I thought I could get the cottage PLUS the pool, I’d book it again in a heartbeat! Literally- I’d book it for next month.The check in was ok. Communication, once I got the correct password ( sigh) was great. Thanks , Cornelia, for your patience with me and my utter exasperation with all those locks, codes and access numbers- whew! This property has nothing on Fort Knox. But- security? Yes indeedy!A potentially beautiful, beautiful property!"
