"The room was clean, but extremely small. I should have got the bigger room breakfast was good, but more day to day variety
Staff was very helpful and professional
Location was excellent
The one big negative was the bathroom. The floor was so awkward and the toilet was too small"
"We enjoyed our stay. We weren't sure about the location at first, but Susukino district and Odori station area (happened to be a few of our day trips' meeting point) were about 20min walk away, and we took advantage of the hotel's free shuttle to the Sapporo station also (which we could utilize with our suitcases), that got us there within 20minutes.
Staff were nice, some English-speaking, the room was spacious, and in-room amenities were well thought, from the PJs to the slippers. We loved the 10th floor lounge which offered self-service drinks from 7am to 11pm (snacks and even Sapporo beers during specific times!) and met other tourists there. Vending machines and a communal microwave were available, which I think isn't common at high end hotels with multiple restaurant services which was great. We didn't utilize the public bath, but the signage implied that people with a tattoo are still welcome as long as they cover it up with stickers/ plasters which, knowing the standard practices in Japan, is pretty generous and accepting.
Overall, worthwhile. Unless I need quicker access to the station area, this will be my next stay in Sapporo."
"This hotel is walkable to underground shopping street, Daimura mall, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Nijo Market. The underground hotel parking is available at 1500 Yen per night till 3pm next day. Space is tight so it is not duotsble for big car. We didnt book its breakfast which cost 4,000 yen per person. We booked South Building for its renovated room and paid for corner room with view. The spa or bath were always crowded after 8pm, at main buildibg 14th floor. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers on ground floor. Overall we are very happy with our stay."
"Awesome experience and great location. Nice breakfast, particularly the green smoothies. Would have been nice if offers an additional serve with charge as a option.
Nevertheless, the hotel is strongly recommended for all travelers to Sapporo."
"The staff was very helpful and was able to explain everything to me in English! Everything was clean and quiet. The breakfast was much more than I expected, too!"
"Great breakfast buffet selections, clean, well refreshed frequent. Very friendly staffs. Room are well appointed, spacious and clean. Location is near train station, walkable using underground or street."
