“Tremendously good experience. The design elements of the Crossroads Hotel are fantastic. Think like an Ace Hotel, but with real soul to it. “Overall, a lovely stay. Clearly, the strength of this hotel is the congeniality and warmth of the staff. While it is clean, there are definitely areas where upkeep could happen. When I checked in, the first room I got in, had been previously used by a smoker. I had to change rooms and given the hotel’s non-smoking policy, it was curious.”
