Welcome to your cozy and stylish newly renovated studio guest house in Wellington, FL! This spacious and beautifully furnished studio is perfect for your upcoming Florida getaway.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the guest house offers a peaceful escape. Within a short drive, guests can access world-famous beaches, shopping centers, and some of the best restaurants in the area. The Wellington Equestrian center is also nearby, making it a perfect spot for horse lovers.

The space:
As you step inside, you will be greeted by a bright and inviting living space featuring comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and tasteful decor. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a dining area for easy meal preparation and dining.

The sleeping area features a plush queen-size bed with premium linens and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The studio guest house has a private entrance and patio for relaxing after a day of exploring, and includes a washer and dryer in unit, as well as fast WiFi and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Guest access:
Guests will have their own parking spot in the shared driveway. Private entrance with a smart lock to allow for self check-in. Guests do not have access to the backyard. There is a side yard that guests have access to.

Guest house is located on the same property as the main house. Hosts live in the main house and will be present on the property during your stay.

Other things to note:
The property does have security cameras throughout the property. None are located inside the unit. No access to the backyard.

Super property!

I had such a lovely stay at Michael’s place - it was clean, well equipped, private, and secure. A great location to get to local shops and horse shows / polo! They were fab hosts always pleasant to say hello to. Would be really keen to come back and happily recommend to anyone!
