"It was nice to check in before we arrived as we shopped before we arrived at the hotel and ww were tired. We only had to grab the key cards at the front desk. My son and I was up there for a hockey weekend for him. He loved that he could swim after Hockey, the breakfast was amazing, hes 8 and loved all the options for breakfast. The mini Arcade was a hit as well. And it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room❤️ Room was clean had everything we needed. Staff was great. I wanted to check out the laundry room but completely forgot as we packed more then enough for the 3 nights we stayed."

"We stayed here in February 2026, and were treated wonderfully! It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised us with a slice of cake in our room fridge. Special thank you to Princess at the front desk, and Rickki at the breakfast buffet. This was our second time staying here, and the staff is always so pleasant. "

"Everything was good for the price we paid. However, we suggest having staff present in the swimming pool area. There were several teenagers behaving disrespectfully and not considering others. Proper supervision in this area is important to prevent potential issues."
