“For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great.”

“I recommend this for your next stay”

“Cute place! We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Barton Springs Pool. Thank you!”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s a perfect for a short stay”

“The place is very convenient, quiet, and clean. I’d give it five stars, but the coffee brewer is a not user friendly. That may seem small, but having to dress and go buy coffee, was not desirable.”

“This property was the cleanest of any property I've ever stayed in, and I'm pretty picky. The bed is comfortable, the water pressure is good, the linens are very nice, the A/C is amazing, it has a full kitchen and there's a pool you can use - there's a lot to love. The hosts are very friendly, communicative and responsive, too. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear the neighbors talking and walking about, but it was not loud enough to disrupt my work day. I would definitely stay here……

“Clean room, had everything we needed for our stay, property was affordable and in a good location”
