「Decent location. Room looked clean enough. Initially I struggled getting into the room with the key, but managed to get through. First night was very warm and I didn't sleep well at all. I put a message through to the host about this and received no response. Was planning to boil some water in the kettle provided but found a dead bug floating about after I boiled. Safe to stay I just went to the shops nearby to get some drinks.」

「it was okay as a maximum, there was nothing to use ie appliances and for a B&B you’d expect a littlemore. Some staff are rude, contradicting text messages between the host and myself. overall work to improve 」

「From arrival it was awful. Smelly overfull bins in a dirty unkept front area. Through the main entrance door a strong smell of damp. Into the property and wow dirty everywhere, on the walls was food residue along with woodwork and skirting boards and fireplace. Then the sitting room was exactly the same plus the soft furnishings covered in food and drink spillages. A huge damp patch on the wall with black mould clearly visible and bare wires behind the door. The bathroom light did not work and...
