If a guest has limited mobility, there are 2 steps to get onto the covered porch. We do have a portable ramp that can be left if requested for wheel chair. Wheel chair accessibility on the first floor for access to kitchen, bathroom, family room, and first-floor bedroom. Please let me know prior to booking what accommodations would be needed for your stay.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
- Age 25 and older for primary guest that will be staying the whole reservation

- No more than 2 dogs. Must notify prior to arrival. Dogs have to be kept on leash outdoors.

-Do not wander into neighbors' property. Please stay within the orange flagged areas.

- Two sets of stairs, one leading upstairs and one leading to walk out basement. Please bring your expandable gates if needed for small children.
