Comfort at budget

The accomodation is beyond expectation for a 2-3 star rated hotels. Welcome drink & cold towel were so inviting. Room is spacious & tidy, though it would be nicer if chairs could be provided. Pillows are comfy, but it could be better if more pillows could be provided per room. Tumbs up for the room is cleaned nicely & free drinking water & coffee / tea/ sugar/ soap/ shampoo are topped up everyday. No kettle provided in the room (need to request if needed), however, they have hot/cold water filter equipped at the corridor & thermos jug is provided, so you can refill whenever needed. Same goes to iron, it is provided at the corridor, so need to share within the same floor. Chenang beach is quite far for walking, so it is advisable to have car/motobike/taxi if want to go there, but the distance componsates for the ambience. The area is less noisy, less busy & more peaceful. There is paddy field at the back of the hotel & it gives extra green view. If you are looking for budget stay & you prefer quiet environment, this would be worth your spending

Salsa your way to this resort

It’s amazingly good and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfy, and an extra cute small pillow which I didn’t expect at all. The back view is very calming and I love it. Reminds me of my own kampung whenever I see it. Parking space is the best, which is why I chose to stay here compared to cenang area. Didn’t manage to stay long as my flight is in the morning but would love to go back again.

I did inform the operator from expedia about adding luggage check in service upon returning back to langkawi. Was surprise that i had to pay 115MYR when we wanted to check in our luggage when returning back to singapore. I had no spare cash. Fortunately my wife had and she paid for me. Really troublesome. In addition, during the first day, I was told to deposit RM50 for hotel check in and RM22 for government tax service. RM50 was return upon checking out. But what happen to the RM22??

Room not as expected.

The room is very much smaller than expected. Given the choice to choose king or queen beds. Chosen king but only have queen after checking with the service desk. Lightings of the room is insufficient and pretty dim. Price paid for is not worth it.

It is a great experience.The parking spaces are limited. I'm not sure whether will be adequate during peak seasons. The receptionist seems to don't know much about the area when I asked her about any recommendations of food around there, but she's nice and friendly. The place is quiet and comfortable. However, there is no security guards. I don't recommend ladies who travel alone to stay there because during late night, no one is at the lobby, not even some one at the reception counter. Anyone could just enter the resort. The room door can't be latched. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner cleans our room and changes our towels everyday. No bath tubs and no fan, but air conditioned. Astro channels are limited with Malay channels. No chair in the room.

Comfortable and pleasant

Check-in took a bit delay due to payment. Didn't accept credit card payment due to the payment device issue. The staffs there were kind. Very reasonable price. Room is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and tidy. They had a broken phone in the room, unable to make am emergency call to the receptionist.
