Great B/B
loved our stay here, clean, friendly & helpful. Chloe was lovely, we had no issues here at all. Location was perfect, just a short walk into town, my husband has COPD, So we wanted something local and it was, just a 5minute walk. Would definitely book here again. We stayed in Double Room with private Bathroom. The veiws are also Amazing.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Very cheery and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and will be back to do a little more exploring next time.

Location ideal right on waterfront , made very welcome, room clean and Comfortable, breakfast excellent plenty of choices including cooked breakfast would visit again

Great trip - Kloe who looked after us couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. Lovely room for a family and breakfast was great. We would return.

You pay your money.
The accommodation was not to bad, apart from a loose double socket, a plug not tightened which fed a lamp, the shower, toilet very cramped, the shower head was cracked and sprayed water onto the ceiling. One of the bed bases was broken not giving a good sleep. The breakfast was relatively standard. The breakfast cereals on offer were supermarket own brands.A good variety of fresh fruit was on offer.I would have preferred portions of butter and jams personally this would prevent cross contamination.The fabric of the building would benefit from professional help in dealing with some peeling wallpaper, ceiling needed some attention also. There were no wardrobes to hang clothing. Security within the accommodation was adequate. Would I return no.

Lovely B&B with lots of character.
Lovely B&B with lots of character. In need of some updating and few items in room damaged such as shower head holder. Was told that the house was slowly being done up. Staff and owner very friendly though and would go back again.

Friendly B&B in a convenient location
The owner was away the weekend we stayed but the lady and her daughters who were standing in were very helpful and welcoming. There are a few foibles with the building, not all the rooms are ensure and some of the furniture was a bit battered. It was lovely to have such an array of fresh fruit for breakfast as well as cooked options. Broom Lodge is a five minute walk from the railway station and less than 10 minutes from the centre of town so it is very convenient. There's is free parking on the road outside. The only issue was that there was no wifi. We couldn't even pick up the router let alone log on. Some other guests were complaining about having to use the data on their own phones.

Bed & breakfast tenuto bene. Accoglienza e cordialità sono le parole d'ordine. Signora che gestisce gentilissima! Colazione sana, frutta in abbondanza, latte e yogurt freschi, signora disponibile a preparare piatti caldi. Camera familiare con letti comodi. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale.
