“Splendid castle hotel.”

“Very historic hotel close to the Castle. Breakfast was great but dinner was ho-hum. Nice part of town to explore. Staff was great! One of our parties had room 21 but no paranormal activity experienced.”

“This Inn is undergoing renovation and has only in the last couple of months re-opened. They have concentrated on the public areas, the bar, reception etc. Unfortunately the guest rooms are unfinished and the corridors to them are in a building site state. They should not have opened up the guest rooms until these were complete. Although comfortable the guest rooms had an unfinished feel about them. Shower was hot and good, however it was impossible to lock them in a usable position. Fittings had……

“The quietness of the property was so appreciated after being in the city. Truly a very clean and well stocked apartment. The location to Belfast was perfect, especially when needing to get to the ferry. I would definitely stay there again!”

De locatie was wat afgelegen, maar juist dat vonden wij erg prettig. Het zorgde voor veel rust en privacy, weg van de drukte. Het uitzicht was werkelijk geweldig en maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. We hebben hier enorm van genoten en konden heerlijk ontspannen. “Heather thought of everything when she furnished the Pink Cottage. There were individual jams, butter, fresh bread, cereal, coffee, tea etc. The upstairs loft is spacious with a lovely garden and another little pink cottage that has a living room where you have a fabulous view of the water. There is a microwave, toaster, dishes, utensils etc. There were several tv options. We are big walkers and the path down to the lighthouse connects to the driveway and then the water path. “The space was nice but we couldn’t have the windows or door open for long because within 5 minutes the apartment became full of flys and there was at lest 20 of them on the sofa bed that’s was there and after spraying it with fly spay we found about 10 wood lice I also find some food in one mould food in one of the cupboard and you could hear everything that was going on in the apartment at the top of us and the garden was not privet and the table in the apartment was really wobbly”
