Excellent Las Cruces home - close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at Max's place. The house and neighborhood were very nice, and we were close to all the major highways, attractions and shopping. Communications with Max were excellent and timely, and we can't wait to come back for our next visit to Las Cruces.

Clean and great location

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. beds are comfortable, the whole house is spotless and the owner is a delight to work with! This time I rearranged my dates slightly to extend on both sides of my trip and Max was willing to accommodate.

Great VRBO!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had super comfy beds! It’s located in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, with access to anything you may need just 5-10 minutes away. The owners were amazing to work with, especially when we needed to extend our stay a day. Would definitely rent this VRBO again!

We came to Las Cruces to visit my son and niece who are going to NMSU. Loved the house! It was clean, well stocked and exactly as the pictures and the descriptions indicated! Would stay here again. Max was a great host and communicated well. Thank you!

Nice House and Neighborhood

The house is located in a nice, quiet , neighborhood and is well located to access food and grocery needs. The mountains are visible and they’re beautiful. Only downside is The house was only cleaned superficially and needed quite a bit more attention to detail. But then again some guests may overlook those details. Nevertheless, it was cozy and good for our stay .

Quiet, comfortable stay in Las Cruces

The house was beautiful. Appreciate good art work. On the outskirts of town away from the busy buzz of downtown but close enough to be near major happenings like the wonderful Farmer and Arts Market downtown. The only suggestions we’d make is that if it is a rental for four, four chairs outdoors should be available to sit and chat. We took two of the kitchen chairs outside to solve that dilemma. Also, only two pots to cook in. No frying pan or anything else. The drawer had several large tongs, but not one cooking spoon or ladle to make soup or green Chile stew even though we had gathered wonderful ingredients from a place called FARMesilla (Do go if you visit Las Cruces, you’ll love it). Communication was great with the owner and check in was a breeze. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Enjoyable Stay

This property is in a great location in Las Cruces. The overall impression is a clean, quiet place. Great accommodations with enough beds and bathrooms. At the time we were there, there weren't many wash cloths in the bathroom and there was some laundry in the dryer but that is the fault of the cleaning service. I feel that some small bits of maintenance should be done on the property. Some of the ceiling lights weren't working or we didn't know how to use them. There were no instructions for using the coffee maker which was a bit dirty. And the window blinds are needing some maintenance. All these little things make a property worthwhile recommending. Beds were fine and so were towels. A few other touches like boxes of tissues would be good too. But overall, we had a nice stay.

This property had everything I needed, was in a great neighborhood, modern, and incredibly comfortable. I slept so well every night and was really happy with the space. I would definitely book again.
