"Small walk to town; property is beautiful. Our rooms a bit dated, and we couldnt figure out the shower to get hot, water barely came out. The instructions, seemed outdated, so the buttons didnt work. One of our rooms A/C leaked the last night, all of our bags that we left on the floor and also the Chair. luckily our passports werent damaged. I expected a credit or our troubles, but none was offered. Front desk wasnt always staffed so couldnt get bottled waters or ask for help with the A/C;...

"this might be one of the best places to stay in las galeras. it was everything we expected, and more. the breakfast was wonderful and filling. the hotel is beautifully landscaped and everything -- the room and bathroom -- nice and clean. the hotel owners were really friendly and were a great source of information...with answers to all our questions. note that the rooms do not have air conditioning, which is why we only booked for one night initially. after the first night, we booked a few more...

"This place is truly incredible! Friendly staff, excellent breakfast made to order and the house/location or very special. The wifi worked without disruption and I was able to do a few video meetings. Anything to extend and stay in this unbeatable spot longer! Would highly recommend. "

"Very beautiful place. Also pretty quiet except one weekend nights when locals showed up. Very good amenities. The Italian chef made the only memorable food we had in Samana. The only problems where: you had to pay for cleaning everyone, not enough shampoo etc and the check-in was pretty awkward."
