“The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants. ”

“There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.”

“Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows. The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good. ”

“The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking. Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. As a vegan, there was oat and soya milk and plenty of vegetable dishes, with chickpeas or lentils on most menus. AI drinks wete fine bar closed at……

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“You cannot beat the location. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and felt safe. Considering the prices being charged in Tenerife at the moment, this place was worth every penny. If I was returning again and looking for bargain accommodation, I would stay here again.”

“Une personne de l'accueil désagréable à notre arrivee à 9h30 car les chambres étaient données à 15h seulement. Sinon tout était parfait. Chambre de 80m² en duplex avec terrasse à l'étage. Personnel de ménage très courtois. Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable. Choix important au buffet le matin. Piscine chauffée. Personnel du SPA très gentil. Le point noir 40€ de parking pour la semaine. Très compliqué de se garer aux alentours...prévoir 20 mn pour aller à pieds au bord de mer dans la……

“Room was spotless and we had a free upgrade on arrival ,which was amazing !!!! Staff were all very friendly and polite .Very attentive too! The hotel itself is amazing ! There’s so much there you don’t need to leave it! All spotlessly clean and very well maintained ! Evening entertainment was excellent always live music at 830.The bands we saw were all excellent and really got the crowd involved”
