The house is very nice and located close to Las Vegas and Hoover Dam. The host did great getting the house ready for us and also did an excellent job communicating with us. The property has a hot tub that was great for all of us including the kids.Loved the kitchen and the backyard. Definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking about visiting Las Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay in this home with our dog. It is in a nice family friendly neighborhood and the home is large and comfortable. There was only one blanket, however, not one on each bed as pictured and as it's cold in the desert in the winter we asked if we could get some more. This was a big hassle with much time spent on many messages back and forth and then in the end they only sent one. Also, the code to get in did not work when we arrived. But thankfully management returned our message quickly and got us in using a key. There are a few things that need repair - a door handle, the tub handle and a back screen door that is stuck open - but overall it is a very nice home and we enjoyed our stay.
