Peaceful stay

My sister and I stayed here to get away from the craziness of Vegas after a conference. It was the perfect place, quiet, access to pool and walkable to the village restaurants etc.

Lovely Lake Las Vegas Stay

Property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We had a lake view from our room and were very close to all of the shops and restaurants at the lake which was fun. Parking was free and plentiful. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if in the area.

Terrific property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this great property. The condominium was perfect and overlooks the pool, which was spectacular. The Lake Las Vegas area was fun and relaxing. It felt like we were at a resort!

Great condo in a great community

We really loved this condo and the community it is in is wonderful. They have a little store, great restaurants all right there, which is great after a full day of fun and you don’t want to go out again. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect place

We chose this location to be away from the strip & all of the traffic. It was so nice & relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.

This unit is in a great location with walkable restaurants and an excellent view of Lake Las Vegas. The pool is refreshing and quiet. A nice option for getting away from the craziness of the LV strip yet close enough to drive to it

Peaceful, lovely resort area with all the amenities we wanted.

Lovely view of the lake and pool. Walking distance to village. Quiet, comfortable studio. Iron didn’t work.

Nice Weekend Get Away

We loved how quiet things were after spending the day on the Strip in Las Vegas. It was nice to not have a million people around. The Mexican restaurant within walking distance was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own soap/shampoo, as there was only one set of small toiletries for 3 people for 2 nights.

An enjoyable stay

This property provided what we hoped and expected. The owners were responsive to our efforts to understand and connect to the wifi and tv. The immediate neighborhood and "village" is unique, but provides some reasonable dining and shopping services within close walking distance.

A nice change from the typical Vegas strip vaca

Las Vegas Lake is a fun weekend getaway if you are looking to relax and stay away from the strip. You are about 30 min away from any type of entertainment on the strip but that was what we were looking for. Henderson has a number of great restaurants and is only a 13 min Uber away. There is a really good Mexican restaurant only 5 min walk across the lake. This is a peaceful spot that provided us with relaxation.

The location is beautiful and quiet. Finding the unit was a challenge. The unit was clean with some issues. Unit needs some maintenance and upgrades. Overall our stay was nice.

Quiet Comfort

The location was very convenient to all of the outdoor activities I had planned at area parks and waterways. Less than a 10-minute drive to the Lake Mead gate; I was there every day, if not just to drive through or catch a sunrise. Everything about the room was as pictured and described. The convenience of stocked kitchenware and a cooking range was so wonderful. The little village across the bridge was great for a quick stroll or to grab a meal or gelato. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages. Definitely a recommendation if you're looking to stay out of the city.

Very pleased

The studio unit was exactly as the photos indicated. I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness, views from the balcony, the quietness and communication with the owners. The condominium complex has two buildings and is well maintained. The Lake Las Vegas area, with the lake and Italianate theme and greenery is attractive. It is about a half hour from Vegas proper and airport and not far from a national park and the stunning Valley of Fire State Park. I would definitely stay at this studio again if visiting in the area.

Nice area, pool and hot tub top notch

Place was clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed after being downtown Vegas during the day. Bed was super soft memory foam. Open the patio door to hear the water fountains. A couple areas to improve: large stain on the carpet in front the elevator on the 3rd floor, and a couple stains on the carpet in front of the kitchenette inside the room. We were only provided 4 washcloths for two people for 5 days. Would have been nice to have 1 per day per person.
